These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winphp ("winphp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winphp.win and any associated mobile-optimized pages or interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the winphp platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered by winphp.

winphp operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and follows the standards established under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Access to and use of the winphp platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or other legal structure) registering and using the account for your own personal recreational gaming.
• You are not located in or accessing winphp from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of winphp or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction — whether self-imposed through winphp's account tools or imposed by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority — that would prohibit your access to online gaming services.
• You are of sound mind and are registering of your own free will, without coercion.

winphp reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time during the life of your account, including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, and enhanced due diligence documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) winphp account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. winphp employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winphp reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and to keep that information updated throughout the life of your account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your current residential address, your email address, and your registered mobile number. winphp is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winphp login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify winphp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

winphp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security.

winphp is required to verify the identity of all players before processing deposits, withdrawals, or allowing real-money gameplay. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires submission of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID card, driver's licence, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS card, or Voter's ID. winphp reserves the right to request supplementary documentation, including proof of residential address and source of funds, at any time.

winphp supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). winphp does not charge conversion fees on PHP transactions; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount at winphp is ₱50 (fifty Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier level. winphp reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Funds deposited under an active bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• winphp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

winphp complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its implementing regulations. winphp reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use winphp for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose. Suspected misuse will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

winphp offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all winphp promotions unless an individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering (rollover) requirement has been fully met;
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless winphp expressly permits multiple concurrent bonuses;
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• winphp reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player activating it;
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through abuse, collusion, or manipulation will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus principal unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions after expiry will be automatically removed.

All games available on the winphp platform are governed by the specific rules and mechanics published within each game's interface. By launching and playing any game, you agree to be bound by its rules as displayed. The following general gameplay terms apply across all winphp games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live titles, and by genuine physical dealing and spinning mechanics for live dealer titles, as applicable.
• winphp's game records are the definitive record of all bets placed, game outcomes, and payments made. In the event of any discrepancy between a player's recollection and the platform's records, the platform's records shall prevail.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that disrupts a game in progress, winphp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed and accepted prior to the occurrence of a malfunction are binding subject to the outcome being determinable from the recorded game data.
• winphp does not permit the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software that interacts with the platform on behalf of a player without human input.
• Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are available within each game's information panel where required by applicable regulations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winphp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using a winphp account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing account use;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using any software, tool, exploit, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to card counting software, outcome prediction tools, and RNG exploitation scripts;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to the detriment of the platform or other users;
• Attempting to launder money, commit fraud, or engage in any other financial crime through the winphp platform;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent;
• Abusing winphp's bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or wagering in patterns designed to circumvent bonus restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's technical infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or unauthorized access attempts;
• Using winphp for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling for personal entertainment.

All content on the winphp platform, including but not limited to the winphp name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game content, audio, and video materials, is the intellectual property of winphp or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winphp platform for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the winphp platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software or code;
• Create derivative works based on winphp's proprietary content;
• Use winphp's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use of winphp's intellectual property may result in legal action for infringement.

winphp collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at winphp.win/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the winphp Privacy Policy.

In summary, winphp processes your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and ongoing KYC compliance;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment transactions;
• Providing customer support services;
• Complying with anti-money laundering, PAGCOR regulatory, and other applicable legal obligations;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection;
• Platform improvement, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.

winphp does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver platform services (payment processors, game providers, KYC verification providers) or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the winphp platform, howsoever caused;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any specific game or service, whether planned or unplanned;
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, server downtime, or errors in game software that are beyond winphp's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, advice, or representations made by third parties not authorized to speak on behalf of winphp;
• The conduct of other players on the platform;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security as required under Section 3.3 of these Terms.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits winphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

In all cases where winphp's liability is established under applicable law, winphp's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your winphp account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by winphp;
• Verification of your identity, age, or source of funds cannot be completed to winphp's satisfaction;
• winphp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving your account;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require winphp to restrict access;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer.

Where your account is closed for reasons not involving breach of these Terms, winphp will return any verified balance remaining in your account to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination is due to breach, winphp reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and apply any amounts toward losses suffered by winphp as a result of the breach.

You may close your winphp account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any withdrawal requests must be made prior to account closure. winphp will process your final balance to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the winphp platform, game outcome, payment transaction, or account decision, you should:

• First contact winphp customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your account email, the date of the event, and a clear description of the issue;
• winphp will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days;
• If you are not satisfied with winphp's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

winphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winphp will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the winphp platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 12. Accessing or using the platform after the effective date of amended Terms, without requesting closure, constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Agreement.
